Sample Wording for USCIS Certified Translations

For USCIS certified translations, the following wording is typically required:

• Identification of the Document: Clearly state the name of the document being translated.

• Translator's Certification: The translator must certify that they are competent to translate from the original language into English and that the translation is accurate and complete.

• Translator’s Signature and Date: The translator must sign and date the certification.

• Contact Information: Provide the translator's name, address, and contact details.

Here is a sample wording for USCIS Certified Translations:
